Themba Mngoma is an internationally
recognized private chef, based in
Durban, KwaZulu Natal. He holds
a renowned Diploma from City
and Guilds (Culinary Arts and food
preparation), American Hotels and
Lodging Association certificates for
Quality Assurance Sanitation as well as
the International Hotel School where
food production principles, supervision,
food and beverage controls were
instilled in him.
Chef Themba is a budding, enthusiastic
professional whose passion is fine
dining and creating a good experience
for the consumer – his extensive
experience in different cuisines
has taught him how to play around
with flavors to enable an all-round
